We have experience in investor prospecting, international market intelligence, cold calls, and preparation of sales propositions for investors.
- Economic Feasibility studies: Tuba Investment & Consulting has carried out hundreds of feasibility studies. We are one of the most favorable consulting firms to the clients, and we produce feasibility studies that are closer to reality by defining the supply and the demand in the market, listing the technical requirements and drawing out all the financial analysis needed.
- Investment Climate and Environment: Investment environment is critical for domestic and foreign investments. Tuba Investment & Consulting past experience in conducting investment climate surveys and moderating policy reform sessions has helped the government to improve its investment climate.
- Public Private Partnership (PPP): Due to limitations of finance, governments now days favor to work with the private sector to create the public private partnership. Tuba Investment & Consulting helps the governments in creating this type of partnership. Our work entails developing an idea for the project, carrying out the feasibility study, preparing the Terms of Reference to solicit proposals from domestic and foreign investors, selection of investors, drafting of agreements with investors and negotiate with investors.
